FlagshipOur two Surat clinics are where the diabetic foot service began. Assessment, dressing, day-care procedures and follow-up all happen under one roof.
Centre Facility
Both Surat clinics are set up to take a diabetic foot from the first assessment through to a healed wound without sending you elsewhere. Screening, dressings, day-care procedures and follow-up happen in the same building.
Foot screening and risk assessment
Foot pressure analysis, Doppler ABI and biothesiometer testing, so loss of sensation and reduced blood flow are found before they turn into an ulcer.
Dedicated dressing room
A separate clean area for advanced wound care, debridement and dressing changes, rather than managing wounds in a general consulting room.
Day-care procedures
Minor procedures are carried out on site, which keeps many patients out of a hospital admission altogether.
Offloading and footwear
Insoles, offloading devices and therapeutic footwear fitted at the clinic to take pressure off a healing wound.
Investigation support
X-ray guidance and laboratory investigations arranged alongside the consultation, so decisions are not delayed.
Diabetes and metabolic care
HbA1c monitoring, glucose control and complication screening run alongside foot treatment, because a wound will not heal while sugars stay uncontrolled.
